The process begins with receiving orders from customers, either through an online platform, phone calls, or in-person interactions. The orders specify the type of stitching required, such as alterations, repairs, or custom garment creation. Customers who are from out of the city, can send us fabric via courier.
If the stitching involves custom garments or alterations, the customer’s measurements are taken. This ensures that the final product will fit the customer perfectly. We can take measurements from the customer’s body OR Customer can provide another reference garment to take the measurements from it. Customers can provide us measurements on call as well. We will guide them how to take measurements.
We will cut the fabric according to the required pattern and design.We bring together the fabric pieces and complete the overall stitching process. We finish the fabric edges to prevent fraying by overlocking it. We carefully inspect the garment to ensure it meets our quality standards and the customer’s expectations.
The finished garment is pressed or ironed to remove wrinkles and give it a polished look. Then, we fold, pack, and prepare it for pickup or shipment, based on the customer’s preference. We inform the customer once the garment is ready.
We are offering exclusively earrings made from your own fabric. You can wear dress & jewellery from the same fabric to enhance your look in family gathering functions & Festivals.
